Mechanical Analysis of Frozen Wall with Trapezoidal Temperature Field Distribution Based on Unified Strength Theory

چکیده

In order to study the elastic–plastic stress field distribution of a double-row-pipe frozen wall, temperature wall is equivalent trapezoidal distribution, and regarded as an thick-walled cylinder with functionally gradient material (FGM) characteristics in radial direction. Considering that elastic modulus cohesion change linearly radius, analysis carried out based on unified strength theory. The analytical solutions ultimate bearing capacity, plastic relative radius zone are derived. solution calculated engineering case compared numerical obtained COMSOL. At same time, influence theory parameters mechanical properties heterogeneous homogeneous walls analyzed. results show good agreement, their accuracy mutually verified. external load selected layer greater than its capacity less which indicates safe state stress. increases increase theoretical parameter b r, tangential b, first then decreases r. larger smaller wall. from 0 1, by 33.3% 40.8%, respectively, 41.0%, respectively.
